Warriors: Making the case for, and against, trading Nemanja Bjelica

The Golden State Warriors have extra pieces on their roster that may not necessarily get much run when this team is at full strength. Big man Nemanja Bjelica, who has been in and out of the rotation, is one of them.

With center James Wiseman starting to practice and players like Andre Iguodoala and Otto Porter Jr. on the roster, Bjelica may see his minutes tick down when the team gets healthier.

The Warriors haven’t given Nemanja Bjelica many minutes this season. Could a trade be in store as he could certainly be a rotational piece on a contender?

Golden State isn’t expected to be overly active prior to the 2022 NBA Trade Deadline, but the Warriors could look to accrue future picks. In doing so, the Dubs aren’t going to trade away any pieces that could be vital to a title run.
