It’s not time to panic but it is time to reconsider the current roster. The Golden State Warriors can make an upgrade if they act quickly and sign one of the available free agents before the playoffs begin.

The Golden State Warriors can still make a last-second upgrade by targetting one of these available free agency targets.

The issue of having 15 active players on the roster still exists. However, with the team in a rapid decline, the likelihood of cutting someone like Damion Lee in order to make way for a potentially game-changing asset is all the more realistic.

It would be brutal, however, for Lee or whoever is cut. March 1 marked the final day a player can be waived while maintaining playoff eligibility. This means whoever the Warriors let go of will not be able to compete in the postseason if they find a new home.

Nevertheless, tough decisions must be made. The Dubs should not feel overly comfortable with this current roster and these three free agents are worth considering.
