No. 1 – Making five consecutive Finals and winning three.

The Warriors have had no shortage of success since 2013, only missing the playoffs twice due to extensive injuries to Klay Thompson, Steph Curry, Draymond Green, etc.

Between 2012 and 2019, they have only lost in the first round once and only been eliminated before the Finals one other time. Both of which happened before 2015.

They became just the second team to appear in five consecutive NBA Finals, following the Bill Russell Celtics in the 1950s and ’60s.

The Warriors would face the LeBron James led Cavaliers team in four of them, winning three of those occasions, and lose to the Raptors behind a ridiculous performance from Kawhi Leonard.

Despite excellent play in all of these Finals appearances, Curry did not win any Finals MVP awards during his time there. Although, many believe that he should have won the award in 2015 or 2018 when it was awarded to Andre Iguodala and Kevin Durant despite Curry’s stats being nearly identical if not better.

There are many other moments that easily could have made this list, Klay Thompson’s 37-point quarter, Steph Curry’s huge game-winner against OKC, the same shot two years in a row from Kevin Durant, and many more.

The Warriors have had one of the greatest stretches a team could dream of during the past ten years. Rivaled by only Michael Jordan’s Bulls, Magic Johnson’s Lakers, and Bill Russell’s Celtics.

There are many more years to come, and maybe the next fifteen years will be even greater than the last.

Next. Jordan Poole continues to ascend. dark
