3. Jordan Poole’s ascension

The Golden State Warriors were hoping for Jordan Poole to rise into his role as the sixth man this season. But now, it is looking like he can be even more than just a role player — Poole is a star in the making.

A once streaky shooter with erratic confidence is now one of the most shifty ball handlers and shot creators in the league. He’s been surgical in his offensive attack since Stephen Curry’s injury and is showing the world how talented he truly is.

Poole recently scored a career-high 38 points against the NBA’s top team the Phoneix Suns. This came during a 12 game stretch of 27.4 points per game for the 22-year-old.

The difference between Poole being an occasional spark plug on the bench to potentially being a third Splash Brother is something that will raise the Warriors’ ceiling not only this season but for years to come.
