Player that could make-or-break Warriors: Jordan Poole

Jordan Poole has willed the Warriors to a few victories or near victories almost single-handedly in the last month. He’s stepped up and is looking like the third splash brother.

The biggest question about Poole is if he’ll continue to start. Poole has played far better this season as a starter for the Dubs, and that’s certainly something head coach Steve Kerr should be aware of.

Poole is averaging 18.4 points per game. He’s increasing his scoring by about 66% on top of his previous season’s average. That’s impressive, and he’s shown off that maturity and playmaking even more as of late.

His efficiency is also there, shooting over 45% from the field. Now, the question is if he can put it together when it matters most. Poole has yet to be in the playoffs, and it’s certainly a different level of intensity.

The Dubs are 5-5 when Poole shoots under 30%. They need him to be at the top of his game, and he’ll certainly be a player to watch as they have a championship mindset heading into the postseason.
