Golden State Warriors-Los Angeles Lakers trade suggestion No. 1

Let’s get really crazy.

The Warriors trade Wiseman and a first-round pick for Wood and Horton-Tucker. This gives them versatility and depth off the bench, which could be especially useful with players like Otto Porter Jr. and Andre Iguodala on the veteran’s minimum.

Then, they’d get Wood who could spread the floor and protect the paint. He’s among the quintessential offseason additions for Golden Stat.

As for the Lakers, dealing Horton-Tucker and Nunn for Porter Jr. and Gordon give them more scoring and experience, two things this team could’ve used. Gordon’s ability to shoot from deep would be a highly sought-after skill set, especially on a team looking to contend.

For Houston, they get a first-round pick, a player with more experience to go alongside Jalen Green and a potential superstar center that could grow with Green and other young prospects. Wiseman should find a team that helps develop him with a young core and Houston would do just that.

All-in-all, while it likely wouldn’t happen, this deal makes sense for all parties.
