
The stock market is down, but some stock for Warriors players could be up as the Dubs take a 3-1 lead into the FedExForum for the fifth game in their second-round series.
Golden State defeated the Denver Nuggets, who were led by now back-to-back MVP Nikola Jokic, 4-1 in the first round. Jokic did get loose and abuse the Dubs at times, but the Warriors still limited the Nuggets to just one victory.
The Golden State Warriors are taking a 3-1 lead back to Memphis for Game 5, and through their first 9 games, some Dubs have certainly helped their stock.
The three-seeded Warriors were then matched up with a team that, on paper, seemed to pose quite a threat. The Grizzlies aren’t done yet, but with Ja Morant likely out for the series, there seems to be little hope they can win three in a row.
Memphis really needed to find a way to come out on top in their 101-98 loss. However, the Warriors pulled it out by beating the Grizzlies by ten in the fourth quarter. It was a huge win for Golden State.
