The Golden State Warriors have some of the biggest names in basketball. They’re known for their lights-out shooting, headlined by Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, the defense and aggressiveness of Draymond Green, and the patented motion offense from head coach Steve Kerr.

It has been a long three years since the Dubs last competed for a title, including two trips to the lottery and multiple devastating injuries that pushed the franchise to the edge of extinction. Yet, here we are.

The Golden State Warriors are on the verge of another trip to the NBA Finals, here are three takeaways from their WCF battle.

They took a three games to zero lead against their Western Conference Finals opponent, the Dallas Mavericks, on Sunday. It has been an all-around team effort with individual players stepping up to exceed expectations.

With the Dubs on the brink of their sixth NBA Finals appearance in eight years, let’s look at three things that we can take away from this year’s Western Conference Finals.
