It’s getting hard to ignore. The Golden State Warriors are officially five wins away from a championship and the obstacles in their way are thinning out.

The Golden State Warriors are on the verge of greatness and these three hurdles are the last remaining obstacles to another championship.

With an assertive win over Dallas in Game 3, the Dubs hold a 3-0 lead in the series and have an opportunity to advance to the NBA Finals for the first time since 2019. In doing so, the Warriors would have met just about every expectation heading into the season.

Some would argue the Dubs have been better than anyone could imagine given the circumstances. Klay Thompson joined the team midway through the season, Stephen Curry and Draymond Green both suffered key injuries and a decent amount of weight was placed on young stars such as Jordan Poole, Jonathan Kuminga and Moses Moody.

And yet here we are. The Dubs are only few steps away from their ultimate goal but they will have to overcome these remaining hurdles in order to do so.
