The Golden State Warriors should be keeping a close eye on where their former Finals MVP, Kevin Durant, winds up after requesting a trade from the Brooklyn Nets.

Only a few days after Kyrie Irving changed his mind and opted back into his deal with the Nets — Durant has walked the plank to demand a trade just three years after joining Brooklyn.

With four years left on his deal, it comes as a shock to see Durant already sticking his foot out the door.

Kevin Durant is on his way out of Brooklyn and where he lands could have a huge impact on the Golden State Warriors’ title hopes.

All the drama aside, Durant is still a top-tier player in the NBA. As he is now on the move, the defending champs will have to take close note of who wins the KD sweepstakes.

Today, we look at three teams who are best prepped to make a trade for the two-time Finals MVP.
