Golden State Warriors can invest as a third team

Probably the smartest move the Golden State Warriors can make right now is to act as a middle man.

Moving Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving is going to take a lot of juggling financially.

Due to this, Golden State should look to see if they can help out in exchange for something valuable in return.

It could be something as simple as an NBA Draft pick. Or, the Dubs could target someone like Seth Curry or Cam Thomas, two two-cost assets that can help them compete next season and in the future.

The bulk of the trade would come from whoever winds up winning the KD sweepstakes. But the leftovers? Golden State should be moving into a position to clean up.
