Atlanta Hawks go all-in

The Atlanta Hawks feel their championship window is opening. They made a huge move to acquire De’Jounte Murray this summer and though they have signed John Collins, a swap for Draymond Green would bolster their roster in a way they’ve been needing.

It’s about as close as you can get to recreating the Warriors’ success. A Stephen Curry prodigy in Young, an elite backcourt defender in Murray, complemented by the master of defense himself, Draymond.

Green doesn’t provide the same offensive punch as Collins but he brings the Hawks exactly what they’ve been missing. Paired with Clint Capela in the frontcourt, it’s very difficult to see this team failing.

The Warriors would form quite the lineup, as well.

Collins averaged 16.2 points and 7.8 rebounds last season as a three-level scorer. He’s a great lob threat next to the Splash Brothers and he provides much-needed floor spacing to the Warriors’ bigs.
