It’s been an eventful offseason for the Golden State Warriors.

The Dubs, coming off their fourth championship in eight seasons, lost Otto Porter Jr. and Gary Payton II, the former to the Raptors on a two-year deal and the latter to Portland on a three-year deal.

The Golden State Warriors will be among the many teams looking to truly compete, and a midseason trade certainly won’t be out of the question.

Golden State has done its best to replace the contributions it received from those two. Donte DiVincenzo was signed in order to replicate that defensive-first shooting guard off the bench.

DiVincenzo is a better offensively player but isn’t as strong defensively. To supplement the stretch-four skill set that only Porter Jr. brought to the table, the Warriors went out and signed JaMychal Green.

Those two are expected to play a role in the rotation. However, with two centers on the roster and not a true, veteran backup point guard, the Warriors may still be in the market for a midseason trade.

With teams tanking for a chance at 7-foot-3 phenom Victor Wembanyama, here are three potential organizations that could firesale their veterans this coming season.
