Draymond Green and the Golden State Warriors have built themselves quite the dynasty.

Four championships in seven seasons are something that will not be forgotten any time soon.

One thing that separates this most recent run from the previous is the victory lap the Dubs have been taking all summer. And truthfully, they’ve earned it.

Most notably, Draymond Green, who has been dominating the media world. Recently, he answered one of the most fun questions a basketball fan can be asked — who is your all-time starting five?

Green’s response was fairly textbook. He included his teammate, Stephen Curry, of course. Green also listed LeBron James, his longtime rival and friend.

The rest of the list is rounded out by Michael Jordan (duh), Shaquille O’Neal and Tim Duncan. Humbly, Green did not include himself in the lineup.

Draymond Green’s all-time starting lineup is true to the book, including Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry and the two GOATs.

Even without Draymond, this is a pretty undeniable five.

James and Jordan belong in any all-time five while Curry has earned the right to be included in the “greatest point guard ever” conversation.

With all due respect to Magic Johnson, I don’t think anyone expected Green to leave his teammate and the best shooter in world history off the list.

The final two picks are just as worthy but more interesting to analyze.

Green chose Shaq as his center, the seven-foot monster of a human being who was as difficult to defend as any other player in NBA history.

Duncan, perhaps one of the more underrated greats, is a five-time champion and would have been a nightmare to deal with next to O’Neal.

Altogether, Green has put together quite the list. He left off iconic names such as Bill Russell, Hakeem Olajuwon, Kobe Bryant and even his former teammate, Kevin Durant, but it’s hard to argue against his final selections.

Next. Pros and cons of maxing Draymond. dark
