The Golden State Warriors have raised plenty of eyebrows over the last two years as they stuck to the plan of building a contender while also shaping the future of the franchise.

No one is laughing now that they’ve hoisted a championship trophy while also boasting one of the league’s most promising young cores, though.

The 2022-23 NBA season is a great chance for the Golden State Warriors to see some internal development from the young core.

Moses Moody, Jordan Poole, James Wiseman, Jonathan Kuminga and Patrick Baldwin are quite the group of prospects. The oldest, Poole, is only 23 years of age.

They are each bursting at the seams with potential but what short-term goals should they be placing? What should they look to achieve as early as next season?

Today, we set three goals for the Warriors’ young core.
