Crack the playoff rotation

The ultimate goal for every member of the young core should be to one day crack the playoff rotation. I mean, the plan is to keep the dynasty alive, right?

Okay, but who can actually achieve this goal by the end of the 2022-23 NBA season?

Jordan Poole has been there, done that. He helped raise a championship banner acting as the Dubs’ sixth man.

Moses Moody and Jonathan Kuminga have scratched the surface. They each played postseason minutes during their rookie years but stayed far away from being a mainstay in the rotation.

With a bit of improvement in their sophomore stints, Kuminga and Moody could surely find themselves playing an increased role in the next title run. Though, they still might be a few years out from actually achieving this.

Then, there is James Wiseman. The guy who might not be ready — but he kinda has to be.

The Dubs will need a big man to anchor the paint. Kevon Looney can only do so much in back-to-back seasons. If Wiseman can be serviceable, he’ll find himself deep in the fire this season.
