NBA Finals rematch
December 10, 2022
Just a few months ago, the Boston Celtics had the Golden State Warriors in do-or-die mode. The Celtics held a 2-1 lead and homecourt advantage with a chance to push the Dubs even deeper into a hole.
What happened next is history. Stephen Curry erupted in Game 4, scoring 43 points and letting the Boston crowd hear all about it.
Golden State went on to win the series in six games, with Curry winning his first Finals MVP award.
We won’t have to wait too long to see these two teams battle once again as their first rematch is set for December 10 in the Bay.
There will certainly be plenty of things to watch in this game, most notably how a young Boston team manages to fair against the Dubs with a roster upgraded by the additions of Danilo Gallinari and Malcolm Brogdon.
