3. Rondae Hollis-Jefferson

The Golden State Warriors have always placed an emphasis on being the best defensive team in the NBA.

If they want to take another step toward securing themselves at the top defensively, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson is an interesting choice.

Jefferson has only played 11 games since 2020 as his lack of scoring has held him back from being a consistent member of any team. He had his most successful stint with Toronto in 2019, when he averaged 7.0 points and 4.7 rebounds.

Most importantly, he was a lockdown defender. With great size and athleticism, Jefferson was able to defend multiple positions with ease.

While he won’t be blossoming into an elite shooter any time soon, Jefferson is the kind of guy the Warriors can deploy when their defense needs a jolt.
