They’ve had some highs and they’ve had some lows. The Golden State Warriors truly have one of the craziest stories in NBA history.

It didn’t take long for the Dubs to become champions. In fact, there was hardly a time when they weren’t one of the teams to have raised an NBA banner. That’s because in just the seventh NBA season ever — the Philadelphia Warriors were world champs.

This came fewer than 10 years after the Dubs had won the first ever BAA (Basketball Association of America) championship.

They eventually moved to San Francisco, losing a pair of NBA Finals along the way before ultimately winning another in the 1974 season.

The Golden State Warriors are one of the league’s most storied franchises but it wasn’t always fun to be a fan of the Dubs.

From there, it was a long, long drought. The Warriors spent most of the 80s, 90s and 2000s as bottom-feeders. A couple of failed NBA Draft picks along the way are to blame.

Of course, the franchise sprung back to life in the 2010s, with Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green spearheading one of the greatest basketball dynasties ever to exist.

Throughout 77 total seasons of basketball, the Warriors had a few stinkers worth looking back at. Here are the three worst teams in Dubs’ history.
