#3. Game 4 against the Denver Nuggets

Curry had 31 points, seven assists, three rebounds, four steals and shot over 62 percent in this blowout. Still playing on a tender ankle, Curry had one of his best offensive games of the playoffs in game four.

In the third quarter alone, he scored 22 points. Curry was already playing great in his first three games against the Nuggets, but this third quarter scoring binge was absolutely insane. TV viewers could hear Oracle Arena’s collective holding of the breath as soon as the ball left Curry’s hands, as well as the subsequent explosion of cheer when the ball fell through the net.

The night was highlighted by a three-point shot near the Nuggets’ bench. Curry, with ice running through his veins, turned, stared down their bench, and jogged back down the sideline before the ball even reached it’s apex.
