The 2013 free-agent class is stacked with an ever-increasing amount of talent. On first glance, the group seems stacked towards big men, as the centers and power forwards are far and plentiful, but there are a few notable exceptions.

I will be evaluating the players potential impact on a team based on the latest stats and whatever intangibles they would add to the team. With that in mind, let’s take a look at the power rankings.
