Atlanta Hawks

Prediction: 2-0

The Hawks’ roster screams one word: plain.  Their best player, Al Horford, is one of the least-flashy players in the league.  He has a great post game and can pull down a ton of rebounds, but he isn’t a name that is going to draw a lot of attention to the team.

Attention doesn’t necessarily equal success, but Horford still isn’t a player you want leading your team.  He is a great second or third option, but he should never be a team’s first option.  He makes a good pairing with Paul Milsap.  Milsap is another solid, but unimpressive big man.

Kyle Korver is a great shooter, but he can’t be asked to do too much else.  Jeff Teague and Louis Williams are both solid players, too.  There is nothing spectacular and nothing horrible about this roster.  It is just begging to finish in the middle of the pack.
