1. Win Streak(s)
The one moment that really cemented the Warriors’ legitimacy at the top of the NBA was their 16-game win streak. It was a franchise-best, and the team hadn’t lost in more than a month.

With impressive victories over the likes of Oklahoma City, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, and New Orleans, the Warriors silenced those that were referring to them as pretenders. The streak finally ended at the hands of the Memphis Grizzlies, but even then it was a close game.
Perhaps what makes the Warriors’ streak even more impressive was the fact that Andrew Bogut – their starting center, was out for most of the streak. Their backup big man David Lee wasn’t even considered healthy for any of the games, which meant the Warriors were playing with a shorthanded squad.
The Warriors also had a 19-game home win streak this season – which was also a franchise record. They lost to the Chicago Bulls in a tightly contested game, losing by two points in overtime.
