After hearing in the offseason that his Warriors “got lucky,” Curry has his team ready to make another run at the Larry O’Brien.
After winning MVP last year, Curry looks to be a top candidate once again while also making a strong case to be considered for Most Improved Player. He’s playing at a very high-level, on pace to shatter his record for three-pointers in a season.
Over the first few months of the season, Curry’s play is drawing comparisons to Michael Jordan. He leads the league in scoring and, more importantly, is putting the ball in the basket at an unprecedented rate. He has clearly become the league’s top player and, with every camera on him at all times, remains as cool and composed as ever.
He also just beat a Cavaliers team with Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love.
