The Warriors will not lose a single game during the playoffs

Moses Malone once predicted that his Philadelphia 76ers would go “fo’ fo’ fo’.” No team has ever done that. Despite that. a few have gotten close.

Malone’s Sixers went “fo’ fi’ fo'” as they lost one game during the playoff run. The 2001 Los Angeles Lakers went 15-1 during their championship run. Not even Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls could go undefeated.

This year’s Golden State Warriors will be the first team to do so. They’re extremely talented and, more importantly, they’re hungry. If they didn’t know before, they now know how important it is to value every game. They can’t take anything for granted–not even a [redacted] lead in the NBA Finals.

The Warriors are playing some great basketball. They won 15 of their last 16 regular season games, most of those without Kevin Durant. Now that the 2014 NBA MVP has returned to the lineup, they’ve become even scarier.

Golden State is clicking on offense and defense. Their best offensive player, Curry, is cooking. Draymond Green and Durant form one of the deadliest and most unique defensive duos in the league. Andre Iguodala and David West have found the fountain of youth and are leading the league’s best bench unit.

The Warriors are here to win. They’ve been ready for the postseason since the buzzer sounded in Game 7 and the Cleveland Cavaliers stormed their court. They are out for revenge.

Golden State can go on huge winning streaks, even against the league’s best. They’ve dominated most of the teams that they could potentially face during the playoffs and they’re better than when they played them.

The Golden State Warriors will make history once again. A year after going 73-9, the Dubs are going to go 16-0 in the playoffs.
