NBA Rumors: Andre Iguodala will be back with Warriors
According to Tim Kawakami, Andre Iguodala is essentially back in the fold with the Golden State Warriors ahead of his impending free agency.
Andre Iguodala is probably the x-factor of the free agency plans for the Golden State Warriors. Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant are a lock to be taken care of, which means the key role players are going to be the big focus when teams can begin signing and re-signing players.

The impact of Iguodala off the bench can’t be understated and he is part of one of the best rotations to ever grace an NBA floor. He’s a guy that’s going to have plenty of suitors leading into free agency and he’s going to get plenty of money.
It all comes down to whether or not the Warriors are able to pay him what he wants leading into free agency. Well, it certainly sounds like that’s not going to be much of an issue. As Tim Kawakami of The San Jose Mercury News noted in his latest article, Iguodala has pretty much agreed to a multi-year deal in the ballpark of the 4-year/$48 million deal he signed in 2013.
It’s basically going to just be a matter of getting everything else hashed out at this point and then he should be back in the fold. If that is the case, then the Warriors have already won free agency by locking down one of the best sixth men in the game.

He’s had a major impact in the two championships and he allows them to run rotations other teams can’t keep up with. Obviously, there are plenty of other matters to attend to on the roster, such as Shaun Livingston, but getting Iguodala back if all goes according to plan would be huge.
The Warriors are in a spot where it’s going to take some maneuvering to fill out the roster. Keeping vital role players in addition to their four superstars will go a long way in keeping them in the NBA Finals for many years to come.
