A typical second half from the Golden State Warriors proves just enough to beat the Sacramento Kings on Friday.
The reigning NBA champion Golden State Warriors have continued to avoid back-to-back losses this season, defeating the Sacramento Kings 119-104 at the Golden 1 Center on Friday.
This win comes after a horrific 129-99 loss to the Utah Jazz (23-28) last Tuesday at Vivint Smart Home Arena. The Dubs improve their regular season record to 41-11, remaining at the very top of the league standings.
The Dubs will resume their road trip on Saturday when they face the Denver Nuggets (27-25) at the Pepsi Center. Hopefully, the Warriors will still have enough in the tank when they take on the Mile-High City on the tail end of a back-to-back series.
Golden State will head back to Oakland on Tuesday when they host the Oklahoma City Thunder at Oracle Arena, kicking off a 4-game homestand that will also feature the Dallas Mavericks, San Antonio Spurs and Phoenix Suns.
