The Golden State Warriors left Bankers Life Fieldhouse defeated after losing to the Indiana Pacers on Thursday.

Fresh off a 111-107 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder last Tuesday, the Golden State Warriors finished out a two-game road trip on Thursday, losing 126-106 to the Indiana Pacers at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

The game started out relatively even with the Warriors going down 27-26 in the first quarter. Both teams continued to trade baskets until the middle of the second quarter, at which point the Pacers went on a 21-11 run to establish a 62-51 halftime lead.

Golden State continued to trail Indiana to start the second half, allowing the Pacers to build their lead to as many as 22 points in the third quarter. The Warriors began the fourth with an early 10-0 run, but it just wasn’t enough to shift the momentum in their favor.

The Warriors’ regular season win/loss record falls to 57-22, breaking their three-game win streak. They’ll look to bounce back on Saturday when they return home to Oakland to host the New Orleans Pelicans.

Golden State will then hit the road for an end-of-the-year, two-game trip that will feature the Phoenix Suns and the Utah Jazz.
