Veteran forward Andre Iguodala has emerged an unsung hero for Golden State since his arrival in 2013. Iguodala spent most of his career with the Philadelphia 76ers prior to joining the Warriors, although he did spend one season with the Denver Nuggets.

Iguodala has also emerged as a veteran sharpshooter for the Warriors, although he’s also got an athletic dunk package in his arsenal.

He made 563 3-pointers in his time with the 76ers and has added 287 makes with Golden State. He ranks 16th all-time on the Warriors all-time list, but his body of work with Philadelphia is hard to ignore.

After all, being the man with the 76ers certainly helped him win an NBA Finals MVP award during the Warriors title run in 2015. Along with a dominating defensive performance, Iguodala put up 16.3 points per game on 40 percent shooting from 3-point range during the 2015 NBA Finals, as Golden State won 4-2.

During his tenure with the Warriors, Iguodala has shot 34.4 percent from 3-point range while averaging 7.6 points per game. He may not put up a lot of points based on looking at his averages, but it’s hard to deny his impact for this organization. He’s been an unsung role player for them, filling any missing void they have without hesitation when head coach Steve Kerr asks him to.

The 2016-17 season was the first time he shot below 30 percent from 3-point range with the Warriors. With some key departures, Iguodala may need to find his mojo behind the arc again to help Golden three-peat as NBA champions.
