4. Danilo Gallinari

The Oklahoma City Thunder is surprising everybody by remaining in the playoff picture through the first quarter of the season and Danilo Gallinari is a big reason for their success.

Gallinari is playing in his 12th NBA season and is the experienced veteran the Thunder need during this rebuilding period. He has rejuvenated his career in recent years following a devastating ACL injury in 2013.

In 23 games, Gallinari is averaging 18.1 points and 5.8 rebounds while shooting nearly 40 percent from the 3-point line on 6.9 attempts per game. His consistent offense has helped lift OKC to an 11-13 record.

At 31 years of age, Gallinari’s window to compete at a high level is closing. One final run with the Golden State Warriors could be in the books for Danilo and the Dubs could certainly use his size and shooting ability.
