Andre Iguodala

A long-time fan favorite, Andre Iguodala will be playing for the Miami Heat, one of the better teams in the Eastern Conference. After being dealt to Memphis from Golden State helping create a $17.2 million trade exception for the Warriors, Iguodala found his way to The Magic City.

Once a Finals MVP, Iguodala had a terrific stint with Golden State, helping lead the team to three titles. Iguodala’s stay in the Bay Area was highly underrated as he was a crucial factor in each Finals victory.

Iguodala’s defense and presence was the perfect fit alongside Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson.

A former All-Star, Iguodala joined the Warriors after a one-year stint with Denver. It took him just a few seasons with the team to start making an impact. When the dynasty took off, he found his role and excelled in it.

Iguodala will play a similar role with the Heat. Jimmy Butler, Tyler Herro, Kendrick Nunn and others will run the show while Iguodala quietly plays an extremely impact factor in the team’s success.

That said, you’re not a true Warriors fan if you’re not rooting for Iguodala during the season’s last few months.
