The Golden State Warriors should be the ideal landing spot for these free agents who have ample reason to join the Dubs this offseason.

While the potential bubble in Chicago has shifted the Golden State Warriors’ focus, retooling this roster in the offseason should still be a top priority.

Even if the Dubs add nothing new to their roster next season, they will be far more competitive than they were the year before. The return of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson alone is enough to avoid a league-worst record once again but the arrival of Andrew Wiggins and Eric Paschall will almost certainly push them into the playoffs.

The question is, how far can they go in the postseason? Golden State still has a core of champions but the supporting cast is lacking. The front office will have to utilize all of the cap space available to buff the second unit. This means taking full advantage of their $6 million dollar mid-level exception in order to persuade one of these veteran free agents who should be interested in joining the team.
