The Golden State Warriors will have all the buzz this offseason as many NBA analysts expect the team to trade their No. 2 overall pick.

This should be an entertaining offseason for the Golden State Warriors.

Just over a week ago they were officially awarded the No. 2 overall pick. Although they’ve showcased a desire to keep the pick, many still assume it’ll be traded either for a veteran player to fix their small-ball lineup and a pick or a superstar.

Suggestions have been plentiful. While it’s nice to think about the fit of a 30 points per game scorer on this franchise, the reality is that many teams won’t be budging for their stars, especially teams like the Milwaukee Bucks.

That’s not to say they couldn’t though. The Warriors have the assets that it would take to bring in just about every player in the league outside of Milwaukee’s Giannis Antetokounmpo.

With two high-value first-round picks and a few of the league’s best players, no one except Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson should be untouchable for the franchise that’s still technically been to five straight Finals.

Just because they could be traded for a player doesn’t mean they should be. That said, let’s breakdown seven superstars that, if rumors surface on, you shouldn’t buy into.
