The Golden State Warriors will likely make some trade this offseason. That said, here are three that’d yet again showcase their elite front office.

With the assets to make a colossal, blockbuster trade, the Golden State Warriors do not need a superstar to make their team Finals contenders.

As a matter of fact, their team may be among the best in the West just at full strength. With Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson healthy, the Warriors will have the league’s best backcourt back in action next season.

While Curry, Thompson, Draymond Green and Andrew Wiggins could be enough to get through the uber-competitive Western Conference, the Warriors could deal their No. 2 overall pick for another star.

With a $17.2 million trade exception, the Warriors would be able to bring in a player that’s not quite at that superstar-level salary. Players like Aaron Gordon would fall under that amount which may be music to the ears of the team’s front office.

There are other deals that involve the No. 2 overall pick that Golden State could pull off. That said, let’s dive into a few of them that would, at the same time, show off how forward-thinking the Warriors front office is.
