Devin Booker

Devin Booker was an absolute superstar in the bubble. Despite going 8-0, the only undefeated team in the bubble, Booker’s Suns didn’t reach the playoffs. His teams have never had much success as the Suns have struggled to build around him.

Draymond Green even got fined for tampering, saying Booker needed to leave Phoenix.

However, his contract says he’s there for the long haul. Booker is the leader of the young Suns, and although they struggle, he’ll be the player, with the right cast, to get them back the playoffs.

Booker averaged a career-high 26.6 points per game. He also totaled 6.5 assists and 4.2 rebounds per game. He’s one of the best up-and-coming players in the NBA, and he should ascend into top-ten NBA player conversation next season.

However, for Golden State, like with Beal, wasting every asset they have on a trade between the two teams doesn’t make much sense, but the thought of the splash brothers with a player like Booker as well is enticing.
