Steph can do Steph things

This is all we really need to write on.

While the Brooklyn Nets and Milwaukee Bucks to start the season exposed the Warriors, when you look deeper into those games, you can see the missing piece was the team’s unanimous leader, Draymond green.

Steph didn’t showcase much without Green. He struggled to open the season, but since Green’s return, Curry has been red hot, averaging 29.7 points per game. He’s taken his game to an MVP level. That’s where it needs to be for the Warriors to have a shot.

With a 62-point, career-high effort this season against the Blazers, Curry showed that he can shoot from deep with ease still and get to the rim, hitting a career-high 18 free throws against Portland.

He put up 23 points in the first half of the next game. It’s just been an impressive run for the two-time MVP, and he’s single-handedly showcasing why Golden State can take down some of the league’s best teams.
