Golden State Warriors trade targets: P.J. Tucker

The Houston Rockets should be entering a full rebuild now that James Harden is gone. But, with assets like John Wall, DeMarcus Cousins and P.J. Tucker lingering – they have some work to do.

Pros

I mean, come on? Is there anybody who would fit the Golden State Warriors better than P.J. Tucker?

The man is automatic from the corner. He’s drilling 55.6 percent of his 3-point attempts this season while also being a Draymond Green lite on the defensive end. He brings efficiency to both sides of the ball and a veteran experience that the current roster is lacking.

Cons

Perhaps age could be an issue. Tucker hasn’t shown much decline as a defender but as he grows older there are questions as to how much longer he will be effective.

Furthermore, what is the price for a player like Tucker? 3-and-D threats have become the most valuable asset in basketball and the Rockets will certainly be looking to get as much as they can in the wake of losing Harden.
