Eric Paschall

As a second-round draft pick in the 2019 NBA Draft, no one expected Eric Paschall to land on the All-Rookie First Team.

However, he believed in himself and took the opportunity that presented itself. Paschall averaged 14.0 points per game last season on 49.7 percent from the field. He averaged 4.6 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game to go along with that.

That team didn’t have Draymond Green for chunks of games and saw Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry play a combined five games. Paschall has everything already in his arsenal after developing his game at the collegiate level.

Coming into this season, it was unknown how Paschall would play with Curry and Green both healthy and the new additions like Oubre Jr. and Wiseman.

After rough games as a starter to begin the season, Paschall played with the second unit and has since been back the force we saw last season. While he didn’t quite reach it in the team’s last game, Paschall has a streak of eight games in double figures, six of which the Warriors won.

While he was an older rookie and his upside does still seem limited, Paschall is set up for long-term success as a key member of the second unit.
