Golden State Warriors’ trade scenarios No. 1

The Golden State Warriors don’t necessarily have to trade for both JJ Reddick and Lonzo Ball. Instead, they could look to add some offensive firepower with the combination of Reddick and Austin Rivers.

Rivers is having a strong season off the bench in New York. He’s averaging 8.3 points on near 40 percent shooting from the 3-point line. He has always been a spark plug for various teams and could help lift take the Warriors’ bench to another level.

Rivers provides experience and offense to a Warriors team that is lacking in both departments. The same goes for Reddick, who’s veteran leadership could bode well for the rest of the squad. Plus, he has a great podcast that we’d love to see Draymond Green on.

As for the other teams, the Pelicans receive Kelly Oubre and a defensive-oriented guard in Frank Ntilikina. These two prospects can help build a supporting cast of young talent around the Pelicans’ current stars.

Lastly, the New York Knicks gain an exciting two-way threat in Eric Bledsoe. He can help them stay in the playoff picture – something the Knicks are clearly trying to do after years of mediocrity.
