Robin Lopez

A former first-round pick in the 2008 NBA Draft, Robin Lopez has spent time on several teams and currently finds himself with the Washington Wizards. The Wizards, despite having Russell Westbrook and Bradley Beal, are among the worst teams in the Eastern Conference.

Lopez is a 7-footer that is quietly putting together a relatively good season in the nation’s capital. He’s averaging 7.2 points per game and shooting over 60 percent from the field for the first time in his lengthy career.

With a soft touch around the rim, RoLo has started eight games but is averaging just under 18 minutes per game. He’s not used often, and as long as Wiseman and Looney are healthy, he would have a similar role with the Warriors.

Lopez doesn’t have much use with Washington.

They need to prepare more for the future, and only getting 18 minutes per game, he has the perfect reason to get bought out. He’d be a solid fit with a Warriors team that lacks size, and even if they have Wiseman, his fouling could be a serious concern as the season continues as well.
