Golden State Warriors’ goals: Get healthy

This is always the goal for any NBA team, isn’t it? The Golden State Warriors have been swarmed by the injury bug for nearly three years now. But, hopefully, that is all starting to change.

Aside from Klay Thompson, the Warriors’ stars have mostly remained healthy this season. Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, Andrew Wiggins and Kelly Oubre have played nearly every game. Still, recent injuries have set them back.

James Wiseman is set to miss at least two more games with a wrist injury. The No. 2 overall pick has already missed the last three games after a strong rookie showing early in the season for Golden State.

Meanwhile, Eric Paschall has missed two games with knee soreness and Kevon Looney is out with a sprained ankle. All of this caused the Dubs to start playing without a traditional center – which has had its benefits to some extent.

But, until the Warriors have their full rotation back, it’s hard to see them hitting their stride. Goal number one for the Dubs is to get healthy again.
