Mychal Mulder

First up on our list is Mychael Mulder. It’s been a relatively strange second season in the NBA for the young former Kentucky Wildcat. Mulder has been in and out of the rotation over the last few weeks.

However, given his value on the market, Mulder would likely be released for a big man before being traded. The 26-year-old likely wouldn’t have much trade value, but in the Warriors’ organization, he should still be loved.

Mulder is averaging 4.4 points per game this season, drastically down from the 11.0 he averaged as a rookie.

Now that’s consistent with players like Mulder, Eric Paschall and Damion Lee — those that were given a chance to step up with Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson combining for five games in 2019.

The reason Mulder is on the team is that he’s an elite shooter, and he’s still proven to be just that. Mulder is shooting over 42 percent from downtown this season. With his trade value low and his impact and efficiency high, expect Mulder to stay where he’s at for the short-term future.

Verdict: Keep
