Buddy Hield

The Sacramento Kings are another team that isn’t going to make the playoffs this season. With De’Aaron Fox as their clear leader, the organization may be more willing to trade the 6-foot-4 Hield.

Hield has been having a solid season, averaging 16.5 points per game. However, after averaging over 20 points per game two seasons ago, Hield has declined his scoring in these last two seasons.

A lethal three-point shooter, Hield has averaged over three triples per game for the past three seasons. A former top-ten pick, he’s certainly become one of the league’s best shooters. That’s something the Warriors could use.

However, Hield would likely be dealt in the offseason if he’s brought in. Unless the Warriors slide Klay Thompson to the three and run Hield, Curry, and Thompson, the Dubs would have an overload of sharpshooting guards.

That said, a future first-round pick and Wiggins seems like a deal that would benefit both parties as the Warriors need that additional consistent offensive threat in order to compete with the likes of the Lakers and Clippers.
