Cedi Osman

A trade target that isn’t oftentimes talked about is the Cleveland Cavaliers’ Cedi Osman. The 6-foot-7 25-year-old forward came to the league as the first pick of the second round in the 2015 NBA Draft.

He didn’t actually play in the NBA till the 2017-2018 season, LeBron’s last year in Cleveland. Since LeBron left and Osman stepped into the starting role, he’s averaged double-figure scoring. The Cavs also drafted small forward Isaac Okoro this past season.

Osman may be the odd man out, and the Warriors should pay a good price for a three that can defend and stretch the floor. In his career, Osman averaged 1.5 triples per game and shoots over 35 percent from deep.

He’s a consistent threat from deep, and he’d be a cheap addition for Golden state. On a team that may value his properly with Okoro as the future of the position, Osman may be dealt, and Golden State makes sense.
