James Wiseman

The Golden State Warriors are going to be giving James Wiseman all the minutes he can handle moving forward. Giving him the reps and building his strength are seemingly how this team is looking to acclimate him to the high-level play in the NBA.

As a primary scorer for this offense without Curry, Wiseman has not played well.

He’s averaging 11.8 points per game on the season and is shooting over 50 percent from the field. Over his last three (missing the team’s back-to-back against Memphis), Wiseman is notching 11.7 points per game, but his shooting has dropped to 44.1 percent.

Now, Wiseman not playing overly efficiently for three games isn’t a huge deal. But, the Warriors are going to need him to step up if they want to succeed with Curry sidelined.
