Golden State Warriors free agent target: Andre Iguodala

This is an easy one, and to be honest, Andre Iguodala is the most realistic target on this list.

Iguodala spent the last two seasons with the Heat, and it barely feels like it’s been that long since he’s been a Warrior. Iggy won an NBA Finals MVP with Golden State, and having been with the Big 3 previously, he makes the quintessential target.

Iguodala isn’t an elite three-point shooter, but he is competent enough to keep the floor spaced. On top of that, he’s a top-tier defender, even at 37 years old. Combine those two, and he makes the perfect player to sign on a veteran’s minimum.

The vet averaged under five points per game his last two seasons, and despite his struggles, he’s been looked at by multiple teams, including Golden State. That just goes to show you the impact that teams know he can have.

Iguodala is that impactful, and he’s the premier target for Golden State.
