The Warriors have 20 games to figure it out

Ultimately, Wiggins and Poole are both a lot better than what they’ve showcased over the last month. We all saw what they were capable of through the first half of this season. Wiggins performed at a level that warranted a well-deserved all-star selection.

And Poole was beginning to be talked about as potentially the future point guard for the Warriors.

They both need to recapture that form. While the Warriors as a whole need to rekindle the kind of magic they started off the season with – if they’re serious about winning a championship.

Draymond Green’s much-anticipated return will certainly help steady the ship. Besides his stellar play on the court, Green will also always hold his teammates accountable. The Dubs have more than missed his veteran leadership since the turn of the year.

The playoffs are just around the corner, and the Warriors have 20 games to figure it out before they arrive. Green and Andre Iguodala are nearing a return, meaning the full gang will be back together again, ready to re-climb the mountain come April.

Now, they just need some help from a supporting duo to make them a viable championship threat.

They need Wiggins and Poole to be ready, and up to the challenge of seven games against the Suns, Grizzlies, or Jazz – before even thinking about whoever comes out of the East. The clock is ticking.
