If this list had been made before the playoffs, David West may not have even cracked the top 10, but after another epic run in the Eastern Conference, nearly knocking the Miami Heat out of the playoffs for a second straight year, West has forced his way into the top five.

West arguably has the most traditional game of any of the power forwards on this list. He has some of the best low-post moves of any big, and can extend his shot to 18 feet out. This has massively helped players like Paul George who can get to the rim, but need some lanes to get there. West recently re-signed with the Pacers for three years.
