Kevin Durant: Thor

It was bit difficult coming up with a good Avengers comparison for Kevin Durant, I’ll admit.

In fact, I was close to comparing him to Scarlet Witch or Gamora, both of whom are not only extremely powerful, but also…you know…switched teams.

Plus, I couldn’t let the whole “God of Thunder” thing go, in addition to the fact that he rolls with a crew known as the “Warriors Three.” Draymond would obviously be Volstaag in this case, Steph would be Hogun (an honorable family man) and Klay would be Fandral (the Cassanova of the group.)

You could even make an argument for Russell Westbrook being Loki, the troublesome, adoptive brother of Thor.

The fact of the matter is Thor is one of the most overpowered Avengers, and KD — a 7-footer capable of playing like a sharpshooting guard — is just completely unfair on any team he’s on.
