Stephen Curry 2018-19 Preview: Special predictions

Per usual, Stephen Curry will be one of the premiere scores in the NBA. His 3-point shooting ability makes him a constant threat to score. Furthermore, his exceptional ball-handling skills and creativity around the rim will help him rack up points. Expect Curry to average above 20 points per game again.

Curry will also likely make a big jump on the all-time 3-point list this season. He is currently sitting in seventh place and is only 153 3-pointers away from the third place spot. Knocking down this many three’s will be easy for Steph. He will likely surpass this mark midway through the season.

Something that should be more prevalent in Curry’s game this year is his playmaking ability. He is now surrounded by more scorers than ever before. His career high for assists is 8.5 per game. Don’t be surprised if Curry comes close to breaking that number this season.

If healthy, Steph will once again make the All-Star team. This would be his sixth straight All-Star appearance. Curry will also likely be selected to at least one All-NBA team, making him a six-time All-NBA member as well.

Curry might go through some struggles this season as he learns to play with yet another All-Star. However, this shouldn’t be too big of a deal for Curry. He has shown to be a selfless player who cares more about the team winning rather than his own statistics.
